Design

Technical support from concept to buildability

We read every project with a technical eye before production even begins. We support architects, engineers and contractors in defining the geometry, selecting the material and developing the construction details — helping to make buildable what is still an idea on paper. We use parametric modelling and form-finding software to verify the membrane shape under load and optimise the balance between aesthetics and structure.

Manufacturing

Bespoke development and production

Every membrane we produce is made in-house, with machinery and processes we control directly. This lets us keep the technical drawing and the finished part consistent, without depending on external suppliers for the critical stages. We process PVC/PES, PTFE and ETFE with different technologies depending on the material and the performance the project requires.

Operational pattern development: from 3D model to flat cutting layouts
CNC cutting on large-format plotters for millimetre precision
High-frequency welding for PVC membranes and thermal welding for ETFE
Uniaxial and biaxial testing to verify the material's mechanical properties
Consistency check between construction drawing and processing before production release

On-site support through to installation

We don't just deliver the material and stop there. We stay on site during the critical phases — tensioning, detail adjustment, in-place geometry verification — supporting the installation teams with direct technical assistance. When unexpected issues arise, we are there to solve them rather than deferring everything to email.
